The Restaurant-Café is located on the first floor of the main building of the complex, near the shores of Lake Lilaste. The restaurant’s menu features the most popular dishes of Caucasian and European cuisine, including:
- Traditional cold soups, such as Chilled beet-based soup and Salmon soup with a variety of vegetables.
- Delicious Solyanka with hunting sausages.
- Hearty chebureki with chicken and pork, as well as the Georgian delicacy Khachapuri.
- Exquisite seafood dishes such as Fried squid rings, Cod with cheese, and Grilled salmon.
- Appetizing meat dishes: Chicken kebab, Pork kebab, Pork and Chicken schnitzel à la française, as well as popular Buffalo-style chicken wings.
- Traditional Caucasian dishes like Khinkali and Manti with beef and lamb.
- And for fast-food lovers – an excellent Cheeseburger with juicy beef and pork.
Each dish is prepared by our chefs with special attention to detail and product quality.
In the morning, you can enjoy a fragrant breakfast, a hearty lunch in the afternoon, and a romantic dinner in the evening. For our younger guests, we have a special kids’ menu.
Planning a celebration or corporate event? The Lilaste.com complex restaurant is ready to accommodate your event, regardless of its size.
Two halls are available for selection: a large one, accommodating up to 90 people, and a cozy fireplace hall for 20 guests. There’s also a spacious tent near the lake for outdoor events up to 100 people.
We are always ready to offer quality catering for seminars (up to 150 people) and tourist groups.
If you decide to spend time in our sauna, you can also expect excellent restaurant service, ordering tasty snacks and refreshing drinks.

If for some reason you didn’t manage to buy meat for kebabs! Here you can purchase ready-marinated kebabs: pork schnitzel, pork ribs, pork neck steak, chicken fillet, boneless chicken, lamb, veal, and salmon. The kebab meat is marinated using a unique Armenian recipe, which makes the meat incredibly juicy and fragrant. If you forgot to bring coal, you can also purchase it from us.
